In-Home Supports and Companionship Services
Benefits of hiring our well-trained professionals to care for your loved one:
All personal support specialist (PSS) staff receive fifty (50) hours of training as required by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Aging and Disability Services. All staff are screened by state criminal background checks. Our agency is one of six (6) agencies, statewide, that participated in the new state-of-the-art pilot training to better educate direct service staff. Our employees are insured and bonded.
We offer free in-home assessments to meet your home care needs! Call 1-800-781-0070, dial 1 when prompted for home care.
Medicaid Services
All MaineCare recipients requesting to begin home-care services must contact Kepro at 1-833-525-5784 to request an in-home assessment.
The nurse assessor will come to your home and complete an assessment to determine your needs. The assessor will also discuss programs available to you.
During this call, let them know you want Assistance Plus to provide you with your in-home needs. We look forward to working with you.
