Behavioral Mental Health
Daily Living Skills (DLS)
Positions available in: Belfast, Ellsworth,Waldoboro, Lewiston, Brunswick, Augusta, Gardiner, Windsor, Farmingdale, Unity, Dixmont, Thorndike, Brooks, Damariscotta, Livermore Falls, Jay, Phillips, Canaan, Fairfield, Benton, Clinton, Waterville, Winslow, North Anson, Bowdoinham, Athens, Newport, Hartland, Skowhegan, Pittsfield,Winthrop and Bath areas. A High School diploma, is required for this position, MHRT-1 or MHRT/C preferred. The Agency will provide the required training for uncertified employees.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAM MANAGER
FT/40 salaried position available in our Benton office to oversee all children’s programs; Sections 28 & 65. Must have knowledge of HCT, TCM and Section 28 services; excellent written and oral communication skills; follows and remains current with policies and protocols set forth by the agency, Office of Adult Mental Health Services, Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services and Maine Care benefits Manual. Must have a Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years experience in children’s behavioral health.
ADULT CASE MANAGER
FT/40 hour position for Adult Case Manager needed for the Auburn/Lewiston-Augusta/Gardiner area. Must have MHRT/C or provisional, have 3-5 years experience working with people with mental illness. Case Manager will be responsible for developing the client-centered individual service plan and to ensure that the services are approved through the Administrative Service (ASO) Managed Care System.
PT/20 hour position for Adult Case Manager needed for the Wilton area. Must have MHRT/C or provisional, have 3-5 years experience working with people with mental illness. Case Manager will be responsible for developing the client-centered individual service plan and to ensure that the services are approved through the Administrative Service (ASO) Managed Care System.
Multiple openings in the Franklin County, Lewiston, Wilton, Benton, Ellsworth and Bangor areas for our in-home,children’s behavioral health program. Must be a licensed clinician in the State of Maine.
Behavioral Health Professionals
Positions available in: Hartland, Lewiston, Augusta, Sidney, Farmington, Dover-Foxcroft, Bangor, Belfast, Searsport and Plymouth areas to provide in-home and community support to children who have diagnoses of autism or PDD. BHP’s must have college senior status or have completed a four year degree in human services, psychology, or related field. The Agency will provide all required trainings.
Community Support Worker (HS1)
Current positions are available in: Sidney, Benton, Fairfield, Madison, Oakland, Strong, Wilton, Troy, Thorndike, Albion, Corinna, Lewiston and Augusta areas to provide in-home and community support to children with cognitive disabilities. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. The Agency will provide all required trainings.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOME ORGANIZATION (BHHO)
Two (2) Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist for Children’s and Adults: CIPSS certification, flexibility with schedule and ability to work well independently and as a team member. The CIPSS for Children’s and adults will provide leadership and technical assistance in the development and implementation of PHS’ peer support services for Children’s. MHRT/C preferred. Both of these positions are PT/20 hour a week.
LONG TERM CARE
Personal Support Specialist (PSS)
Seeking Personal Support Specialists to provide assistance with in-home and personal care for the areas of: Oakland, Madison, Bangor, Skowhegan, Augusta, Chelsea, Gardiner, Canaan, China, Belgrade, Wilton, Bingham, Somerville, Wiscasset, Hallowell, Litchfield, Rockland, Pittsfield, Waterville, Newport and Hartland.
PSS training for certification is available for uncertified applicants. Must be eighteen(18) years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. PSS certificate from an approved Office and Aging Disability Services program is required. The primary role of the PSS is to deliver quality services in accordance with the PSS’ scope of practice.
PRIVATE DUTY NURSING
Director of Nursing
This is a FT/40 hour day position. Person must have a full and clear understanding of Section 96. Must possess a current valid Maine nursing license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a minimum of two(2) years experience in pediatric nursing. Current CPR and First Aid. Must have management experience, know how to communicate effectively and have above average computer skills.
Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)
Two (2) FT and one (1) PTposition to work twelve (12) hour shifts in Pittsfield. Must possess a current and valid Maine nursing license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a minimum of two (2) years experience in pediatric nursing. Current CPR and First Aid. The RN is responsible for providing nursing care to patients/residents as requested and prescribed by the physician(s). Must stay within compliance with standards , laws and regulations of the facility and/or funding source.
