Behavioral Mental Health
Daily Support Professional Staff
We have thirty (30) hours in Waldoboro and twenty one (21) hours in Morrill. Must have a High School Diploma and be 18 years of age. DSP certification required
Daily Living Skills (DLS)
Positions available in the Belfast, Ellsworth, , Waldoboro, Lewiston, Brunswick, Augusta, Gardiner, Farmingdale, Rome, Damariscotta, Waterville, , Swanville, Newport, Portland, OOB, Sanford, Kittery and Bath areas. A High School diploma, is required for this position, MHRT-1 or MHRT/C preferred. The Agency will provide the required training for uncertified employees.
Multiple openings in the Franklin County, Lewiston, Wilton, Benton , Ellsworthand Bangor areas for our in-home,children’s behavioral health program. Must be a licensed clinician in the State of Maine.
Behavioral Health Professionals
Positions available in Hartland, Lewiston, Winslow, Augusta and Plymouth areas to provide in-home and community support to children who have diagnoses of autism or PDD. BHP’s must have college senior status or have completed a four year degree in human services, psychology, or related field. The Agency will provide all required trainings.
Community Support Worker (HS1)
Current positions are available in the Sidney/Augusta area to provide in-home and community support to children with cognitive disabilities. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. The Agency will provide all required trainings.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOME ORGANIZATION (BHHO)
Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist: CIPSS certification, flexibility with schedule and ability to work well independently and as a team member. The CIPSS will provide leadership and technical assistance in the development and implementation of PHS’ peer support services. MHRT/C preferred. This is a FT/40 hour a week position
LONG TERM CARE
Two to Three RN’s needed three (3) days per week to make daily visits in the Dexter, Corinna, Hartland, Bangor, Pittsfield, Madison, Anson, Newport and Norridgewock areas. Three (3) years experience, current RN license for the State of Maine. Must have reliable transportation with 100k/300k coverage.
Seeking Personal Support Specialists to provide assistance with in-home and personal care for the areas of: Oakland, Madison,
Bangor, Skowhegan, Augusta, Chelsea, Gardiner, Canaan, Palermo, China, Belgrade, and Waterville.
PSS training for certification will be provided for uncertified applicants.
PRIVATE DUTY NURSING
Director of Nursing
This is a FT/40 hour day position. Person must have a full and clear understanding of Section 96. Must possess a current valid Maine nursing license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a minimum of two(2) years experience in pediatric nursing. Current CPR and First Aid. Must have management experience, know how to communicate effectively and have above average computer skills.
Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)
Two (2) FT and one (1) PTposition to work twelve (12) hour shifts in Pittsfield. Must possess a current and valid Maine nursing license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a minimum of two (2) years experience in pediatric nursing. Current CPR and First Aid. The RN is responsible for providing nursing care to patients/residents as requested and prescribed by the physician(s). Must stay within compliance with standards , laws and regulations of the facility and/or funding source.
Personal Support Services (PSS)
Must be eighteen(18) years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. PSS certificate from an approved Office and Aging Disability Services program is required. The primary role of the PSS is to deliver quality services in accordance with the PSS’ scope of practice.
